The ‘Superyacht Majors Tour’ is a dedicated international series of amateur golfing tournaments held around the annual principal industry yachting events. The ‘Road to Mallorca’ will see competitors playing at only the most prestigious golf courses in an attempt to be crowned the WORLDS BEST ‘SY’ AMATEUR GOLFER.
By invitation only, the SY Majors Tour was created, to not only help support some of the current yachting golf events but to raise significant funds for the incredible charities throughout the superyacht community. Whilst also providing the yachting world with special game improvement golf coaching and social occasions, the SY Majors Tour is designed to ensure that an all year round, exclusively inclusive, competitive playing and networking platform can exist, that not only presents unique opportunities to access some of the most iconic world class golf courses but more importantly, all in aid of extremely worthy charitable causes.

– 18 Hole Pairs Competition
– Maximum 80 Teams of 2 Players compete
– Morning & Afternoon Shot Gun Starts
– Better Ball Format
– 3/4 Handicap Allowance
– Gross + Nett Winners
– Team + Individual Champions
– Men + Ladies open to participate
– Handicaps – MEN (21 maximum) LADIES (28 maximum)
– Gross Qualification (players must hole out on every hole)
– Fields Top 10 teams receive Championship Order of Merit points at each tournament
– Awards at each event for Top 3 team finish, Individual Gross + Nett winners & Nearest Pin + Longest Drive

4 Players = £1,250.00
Official Opening Season – 4 MAYOR Events
TEAM ENTRY (season membership) – 2 Players = £7,500.00
4 Players = £12,500.00
– MEMBERSHIP INCLUSIONS –
– Tournament green fees , buggies, food & beverage (F&B), all practice facility use and golf course planners (pre-tournament practice rounds are available in the afternoon the day before the main event and chargeable at Privatus rates and booked on your behalf. There will be a social gathering in the evening after the practice rounds)
– Complimentary golf tuition (this will be provided on the lunchtime of the practice rounds, whether you decide to play a practice round or not and also prior to teeing off in the main event)
– Every team must appoint a captain who receives an exclusive championship gift set
– Each player receives an official tournament welcome pack
– Teams can rotate up to 8 different players throughout the season to represent them and play in the 4 scheduled tournaments
– An individual player can play in each of the 4 tournaments
– Companies/Yachts can enter no more than 2 teams total into the SYM Championship, with a pair playing in the morning and then a different pair playing in the afternoon at each tournament
– Companies/Yachts can invite as many clients/staff as they wish to participate in all the scheduled NON-TOURNAMENT Practice Rounds throughout the season (additional green fee costs will apply but include all F&B)
– FLIGHTS & ACCOMODATION NOT INCLUDED BUT CAN BE ARRANGED –
